    Worked for startups, scale ups, downscaling and more established companies.

  • Leading teams moving from one to another organisation (spin-off). Merging two departments.

    Changing organisational structures, designing new job roles.

    Managing a few rounds of layoffs.

    Crisis organisation during COVID-19.

  • Coaching Leadership Teams, Directors and Managers.

    Advisory during difficult situations (conflicts, sick leave for example) and coaching on communication, creating high performing teams, managing underperformance, having difficult conversations, implementing feedback culture).

  • It all started in the hospitality industry focused on service. Going into more client facing roles, collaborating with tech teams, sales & marketing and other teams lead to a better business understanding. Now, this results into better strategic thinking, understanding different perspectives and finding creative solutions.
